A comedy of errors... No, not the movie, this transaction! Seller advised the following day that they couldn't find this item and had issued a refund. This book is such a mind opener, its explained very well and its like a light bulb moment. It thoroughly explains the why's, how and what to change and gives you a great listing of products, brands and alternatives. I highly recommend this book for reading.

Changing my life
Was a little sceptical at first but I thought I would try to stick to it with fantastic results not easy at first but it's getting easier every day ....
