I bought an item from this seller this week. Southwire Maxis Grips for pulling electrical cable. When I received the grips we opened the box and found that the basket cable on one of the grips is frayed. I contacted the seller to inform them of the problem and sent a picture of the fray. The seller accused me of trying to scam them somehow. The seller accused me of trying to switch an old cable puller.The seller offered no assistance in trying to rectify the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

Buyer bought my factory sealed Southwire pulling grips, claimed they came frayed from me, new in the box. He sent a photo of a frayed pulling head that had an wear area with frayed braiding. I Also noticed the nicked up aluminum in the locking ear groove in the same photo, dead giveaway of use. His generic profile picture that did not seem natural. Claimed his name to be "Sim Dawson" but the name on the shipping info was "John Delaney". Told him to use his ebay invoice for Southwire's warrenty..
