This seller is very good. I wish shipping cost wasn't so bad but it was. Also, NOT SELLER's FAULT!!!! This model TiVo is no longer supported by TiVo. They will not even help you if you buy a brand new one from someone. This was MY RESPONSIBILITY to know this and not the Sellers. They did not misrepresent this in any way in their description. It was my fault for not doing the research, but it is now a boat anchor for me. I cannot do anything with it. Live and Learn!!!!! I recommend this seller!!
