It was shipped with care. Everything arrived nicely. It was exactly as described and I feel like the seller did well describing the product. They certainly care. The only concern I had was that the box had some broken glass in it. I'm not sure what it would have been from, perhaps it just happened to be in the foam they had used to cushion the shipment.. We got poked by a piece, but other than that odd anomaly everything was great.
