Asked seller before making the purchase if the handbag was brand new and unused… Seller stated YES!! Received the handbag with stains on and inside the bag and wear on the strap and hardware. So definitely well used and not new without tags. Opened a return same day and sent it back the next day. Listing for the same bag went up minuets after I opened a return. Same item description is being used. “New without tags” Please be careful.
