EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION! When my package showed that USPS did not have it in their possession, I contacted the seller and got an almost immediate response. The seller contacted USPS and offered to issue a refund and to pay return shipping if the package arrived. The package did eventually arrive due to USPS sending it from California to Maryland and then back to Texas. The package arrived in very good condition and works well.
