Once I'd made my purchase, the item was shipped out immediately. When I received it, it was well packaged and exactly as described. However, the proof of a garment is in the trying on. Unfortunately, this beautiful jacket was not going to work for me. The seller kindly paid the return shipping and promptly refunded the cost of the garment. I so appreciate the seller's integrity and am sorry I had to return the item.
