Purchased this cream after returning from Cabo. Sampled the product while on vacation from the actual company and saw immediate results. Could not afford the asking price and the salon. Upon returning home I found what I thought was the same product for less price on here and purchased hoping it was the same. Unfortunately, when I received it and used it I did not see the same immediate results as I did from the actual salon selling the product.

The product arrived in a box that was not in new condition and it appeared that the item was either open box or used even though the item was listed as new. The power cords were not wrapped in plastic and the massager was in a plastic bag that did not completely enclose it. I was attracted to the product because the cost was well below that of other sites. However, once the high shipping cost was added, it was only a few dollars less than other sites. Lesson learned.
