The item seems to be in perfect condition, I have several games downloading as I type! I am happy with the transaction. Initially it made me laugh that the steam deck was sent in a shoe box (in the protective deck case), but then I decided that was smart to deter theft. The seller sent the item within a couple days of purchase. The item did take a while in the mail but I can't blame the seller much.
