Unsure why their is negative feedback, but I can't be any more happier with this service. ONLY thing I question is when they delivered box was already opened and sticky taped together, they said they opened it to make sure its OK, maybe put that in the description, overall I say a massive THANKYOU!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY
