    Maybe best on the Market 2016

    Had a poor wireless signal to a PS4 in a two story 3500 sq ft home where the wireless router was in the opposite end of the house on a different floor. PS4 speed check was at best 1-3mb down load and 500k upload on a AT&T system. I linked the units on plugs that were close to each other then installed the units to the needed locations. PS4 speed test have gone as high as 20mb down, 3mb up, wow, what a difference! Very happy, easy setup, great performance and comparably a very reasonable price at $100 or less.

    Design malfunction

    While directions are seriously easy the application is not so great. By that I mean the unit is so big you can forget being able to use the other outlet. You can’t plug in anything else. JUST the TP-Link. Kinda sucks because I really need the other outlet. Sooooo- now I spent $$$ for nothing.

    Great Powerline starter kit

    I have two pairs of these TP-Link AV1200 units. They work great running a few Apple TVs and a TiVo Roamio OTA connected to a TiVo Mini Vox. The units occasionally need to be reset. I don't know if it's an issue with the units or if it's the electrical wiring in my house. I like the setup and would highly recommend them if running ethernet cable is going to be a hassle.

    Covers up second outlet

    Regardless whether I plug it in the upper or lower socket it covers up the second socket. My lower outlets (dual outlet) is switched so if I use the upper socket it covers up the lower one.

    Good consistent signal throughout you house corrects bad wifi

    These devices turn your household wiring into an ethernet. I have used these for 2 years and my signal stays consistent throughout the house. With wifi it fluctuates due to signal interference. These devices are a cheap way to correct wifi signal strength problems.
