    A man who writes from his poems, and from the heart!

    Seeing Leonard in person for this concert, makes you feel as though you were there with the audience! So many of his great songs...his back up with Sharon Robinson, with whom he has written so many of his songs...the many fine musicians making the background spectacular. I'm 74, and can only imagine how many of those in the audience were enthralled, whether from my generation, or many from this one. His music always sounds new.

    Outstanding performance

    Years ago I worked for Columbia Records when Leonard Cohen was one of our major artists. I was impressed by "Suzanne", but beyond this one song, I was not a Leonard Cohen fan. Over the years, times and feelings change. I recently watched this concert on PBS and was blown away by the ease with which Mr. Cohen approached his material and the audience. I became a "Cohen Convert" and knew I had to purchase this package containing this London concert. To say the least, I was not disappointed. His "Dance Me To The End of Love" is absolutely haunting. I highly recommend this package to Leonard Cohen fans old and new. It is simply done, but truly outstanding.

    Timeless poetry put to contemporary music. The lyrics & melodies will stay with you, long after you have seen this concert...beautiful rendering in "The Song of Ruth" to close the show. Sharon Robinson captured my heart! Stellar cast of musicians. Signature Cohen, complete with his depth & humor. 5* (star) entertainment !

    My NEW Favorite DVD.... WORTH EVERY CENT....EASY LISTENING

    ABSOLUTELY one of the BEST Collections of Leonard Cohen's Music & Poetry. He just keeps getting better and better. From Dance Me to the End of Time to Hallelujah, I can't say enough about how hauntingly beautiful this concert was. EVERY person in the Band, and the back up Vocals worked together to put this Concert Collection OVER the TOP. It is better than 5 Stars. Leonard Cohen is One of the Best Entertainers in the World today. ( A REAL LIVING LEGEND ) This is a MUST HAVE for Anyone that LOVES a genuine and down to earth Storyteller.
