Rod tube arrived broken. The cap was unglued from the tube. There was no padding on ends of shipping box, so could have happened during shipping. Seller suggested I contact Loomis. Could have at least offered to refund me $10 for a bottle of epoxy since I am keeping the rod and saving them from the cost of shipping it back.
