im sorry to hear you were not able to get it to work. Unfortuanetely im not a profession at installing these items either and my experience is limited. I am also thinking of offering installation services in the future after a little practice. If that will interest you let me know i can set up a shipping label to return the parts and controller to me for a modest installation fee.

I suppose it is not the sellers fault that the devise wouldn t work on my Mac, but I am still disappointed that I waisted money on this. I received the item well packaged and in a timley manner.

Thank You i appreciate the revision. I know it can be frustrating making a purchase to only find out it wont work with your device even though it states "For Mac" I also purchased that for my Macbook with M1 Pro chip (which even states on their website would work on M1 Macs) and soon found out that even if its a M1 chip it needs to be running a older version of IOS not Sonoma like mine.I havent had the time to try a different product but if i find one that works with our Mac's ill let you know
