This arrived damaged. A pin was missing from the hinge of the box and the lid was hanging on by only one side. I contacted the seller and she said she didn't know how to fix it. I suggested a full or partial refund. For a full refund I offered to return the item at her expense. She replied that she doesn't do returns. She also changed her story and said that the item must have been damaged in the post. There was no pin in the carboard box in which it was sent. Seller angry and defiant.
