The item was not "flawed' as noted in the post, it was beyond anything someone would want to place on their tree . The 2 indents are broken out .The oictures in tge post are that are taken up clise are all take with the item backward and not facing forward, it is very disappointing to receive an item that is not what you believe it is going to look like. The seller feels he does not have to remedy the situation
