Item was as described, excited to use it to program my DCC locomotives and to control the signals and switches on my layout from a computer. Shipping issues weren't the sellers fault, USPS has had trouble with the last two purchases. Their estimates have been wrong both times. Wish there was a way to rate USPS vs the seller!
