The seller listing said shoes 6.5 and then shipped 8.5. I contacted the seller and the said start a return. The item a
was listed as not accepting returns so i mailed them back and contacted the seller with a tracking number. The seller hs now had the shoes back for over a week and still refuses to send a refund. They are very slow to respond to contacts. Don't trust this seller.

Buyer was offered a free return and FULL refund but refused to use the eBay return system. Buyer shipped shoes back outside of the eBay platform and refused to upload tracking information. I did everything possible to try and satisfy this customer to no avail. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, but cannot conduct business off the eBay platform.
