Very disappointed in the service and responce of your vendor, used gadget. I received the phone described above (in your records).It was listed as "unlocked". After buying a sim card I spent over 35 minutes with my cell carrier who was not able to activate the phone! I was informed it was LOCKED! Contacted "used Gadget" via the contact site. I have attempted phone contacts and email contacts attempting to find out the status! To date no returned calls and no status via email... Very frustrating

First, I asked for additional photos of the screen, to see how scratched it is, but I received no answer, so I decided to take the risk and I bought it. Even though it was listed as "Not charging, not powering on", the phone IS charging and it IS powering on, but the screen has burns. It was well packed and seller put an adhesive plastic film on the screen to protect it from scratching further and probably to reduce the risk of shattering in case of a heavy hit. Item arrived on time.
