Although my purchase was delayed a week because the postal service decided to send the package a very "scenic route", it arrived in perfect condition. My Desert Rose bowls are just perfect and in like new condition and everything was wrapped and packaged very safely and securely. I very much appreciate the extra care the seller took with that. I love my bowls!!I Note, that I only down rated the shipping costs and time because the postal service messed things up so badly.
