Firstly, the item was unexpectedly sent from Amazon. The item was listed to be in Craigieburn, Victoria. Is that where an Amazon warehouse is? Secondly, the address was incomplete. Lucky I managed to receive it at all.
Packaging was poor - placed in an unsealed plastic bag, then into the Amazon heavy duty paper bag. The lid was open and product had leaked. I could smell the tung/citrus oil mixture even before opening the paper package.
The only upside was the speedy arrival.
