    Item finally arrived on Feb. 27th, ordered on Feb. 12. Took 2 weeks just to go from Fullerton CA to Bloomington CA. Tracking info was not very good, estimated arrival kept being pushed out. The item itself is what I wanted, was well packaged, but the shipping was terrible, and seller communication was not good. I opened an item not received case, and the seller was supposed to get back to me, but didn't. Item arrived in the mean time. Seller was ok, FedEx stinks!

    Never received package despite it saying it was delivered. The image FedEx provided was not of my porch. When I tried to report it missing to FedEx, it asked my to verify the address the package was originally shipped to. I input my address, and it said it was incorrect, so the seller clearly sent it to the wrong address to begin with. Now I have a very disappointed child. Incredibly frustrating.
