Meter was carefully packaged, and arrived in good condition, but was sold as USED, i.e., "fully functional". However, the built-in battery was dead. This meter can be AC- or battery-powered, but had no owner's manual with it - so not knowing how to test the built-in battery is forgivable. Seller's communications were prompt, polite, and clear, and we quickly worked out a mutually satisfactory solution. Great Seller!
