    Electronic item was poorly packaged; it is heavy and was placed in a plastic grocery bag and into a thin cardboard box with no packing material at all. It arrived damaged: broken binding posts, dented and deformed case, not as advertised or sold. Seller refunded the shipping cost and half the item cost; unknown if it is repairable or not. When expensive shipping is paid for by the buyer, there is no excuse for poor packing.

    USPS violently damaged the item. The buyer didn't want to take it back to the post office to file a claim. The unit is in a steel case and should have arrived ok if the USPS didn't abuse the package.
