    This set looks AMAZING when completed! There are a couple of Tricky Spots, as you might imagine, but they come together far more easily than you may expect if you follow the instructions properly. This is one of LEGO’s Best Car Sets Ever, in my opinion...

    Poor set is not up to LEGO standards.

    This is the weakest LEGO kit I've ever assembled! The finished model is very fragile with sub assemblies that fall off at the slightest touch. I've done an awful lot of LEGO building. I would be categorized as an expert, experienced builder, so I'm quite certain that the model is correctly assembled. I also find fault with the instructions. This designer often does things in a sequence that is more difficult than necessary when there are obvious choices that are superior. In short, this set doesn't measure up to even minimum LEGO standards. There are much better sets available. Buy good ones and have the fun you're supposed to have with these wonderful toys.

    Fun kit

    Love the old Lotus 7, now made by Caterham. This LEGO Ideas set is pretty darn accurate in form and style. Took a couple of relaxing evenings to assemble. A new full-size 620R costs about $65K, so this is a much better alternative!
