Pieces were broken or missing, Only 5 of the 8 floor pieces arrived and 3 were broken. 1 had a track nail sticking out of it. Only 3 of the pillars out of 8 were present. The plans are stained. I haven't done a complete inventory. Clearly someone tried to build this model and gave up after breaking the flooring. Don't buy from this seller.
