The sellers were very accommodating. I advised, royal mail and other delivery services don't always deliver properly to my front door, which they should. The sellers then wrote on the parcel, advising RM to actually bring it up the stairs, might seem small, but I'd recently had a package stolen, so I was happy with this gesture.

    Horrible battery life (especially when taking photos or internet browsing it lasts only 4-5 hours)

    The product clearly has battery issues and it is draining way too fast. I have searched around and apparently, Google phones have horrible battery as a whole. Not entirely sure if this is linked with the seller offering the phone without packaging (and its own USB-c cord) or if this is the phone itself sucking so much.
