    Overpriced without a back wall.

    The fact that there are only 3 walls without, a significant reduction in price, makes this kit, like the rest of Walters kits, very expensive. The building size has shrunk considerably and that’s fine but getting only half of the material that used to be provided in the full size kit for the price is irritating. A backside of the building could be provided for pennies to the manufacturer.

    Nice looking warehouse

    I liked the look of this building but it didn't have a back on it so I bought two kits and put them back to back which made a great size building and was able to make it work out and everything lined up with no problems build it either way turns out real nice . I would say this would make a grand building for any layout.
