I requested for a partial refund since the phone s earpiece had an issue (crackling/hardly audible). This issue was not mentioned at the time of selling. However, the seller wanted me to return the item for which I didnt agree - means waiting another 1 month or so to get refund. The immediate solution was to share the speaker repairing cost.
