After it being 3 weeks overdue, the Seller finally sent a message stating it was no longer available. Took hundreds of pounds of my money for 3 weeks and now I'll have to wait another 3-4 days for a refund. Dishonest and unprofessional seller. 1 in 5 buyers have had a non positive experience with this seller and it is probably a lot higher.

      Very disappointing – no response, no delivery, no service! I ordered the item on June 16 and never received it. Multiple messages to the seller went completely unanswered. Absolutely no customer service—no response, no explanation, no refund. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I do not recommend it!

      Waste of time! No communication, seller decided 5 days after order was accepted that they don't actually have this item. Advised me it was "human error", however it took me chasing the delivery to find this out. Asked me to cancel the order my end (guessing this is so it doesn't go against them). Said they would try and source stock but never come back to me. No item and no refund. I just wish I read the feedback before ordering.
