    Seller sent me the wrong item. Item was poorly packaged and completely shattered upon arrival. I initiated a return. Seller asked me to cancel my “issue” since she mailed the item to release the funds to her. I did in good faith cancel the return. Seller stated that she would send the correct item. Tracking number is provided but states that “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item”. USPS does not know the location of the item. Seller refuses to issue a refund. I would not recommend seller.
