    The pictures of the item was not what I received. The ones in the add did NOT have the plastic rings on them & the ones I wanted. I reached out to the seller & it took 2 messages to finally get a response. Their reply was to remove the plastic rings. Doing so exposes sharp edges. You would need to cut some off. I let the seller know this. I didn’t get a get response so I assume they don’t care. I wanted other purchasers to be aware of this seller & their replies or lack their of.

    King of Nutcrackers!

    Pros: Adjustable to different types of nuts and sizes. Heavy duty for harder nuts like walnuts. Also does the less hard nuts without destroying them. Does not take a lot of strength, it does the work for you. Cons: Needs to have some type of information with it; Use, cleaning, maintenance info, and warning about shell fragments being shot away from it at great force (Use of eye protection recommended). It may seem a little expensive, but if you crack five gallon buckets of nuts; this is the berries! It is well worth it.

    Good Walnut cracker after minor improvements

    The product generally works very well after I replaced one of the bolts that bent almost immediately. Some of the parts are very low Quality Steel in need to be upgraded to high strength material to receive a better rating. Also the gear mechanisms need to be greased to prevent excessive wear, and there are no instructions regarding this nor any Grease packets to do this with.

    The best Black walnut Cracker

    This thing handles all of sizes of the black walnuts with ease. This thing is sturdy and just makes the process so easy.. It cracks in a way you get very large pieces. Only thing I do to cut down flying shell is use a rag over the nut when cracking...

    Super easy to use, "Love it"

    Easy to use and not hard to work. You do usually have to keep the nuts similar in size. Some of the walnuts nuts I have, are much bigger than others. Depending on which tree they came off. That is really no problem, the machine works very,very, well.
