After a lot of USPS HELP navigating, I learned that my package (actually my daughter’s Christmas present for her boyfriend) might be lost or might be in a crate of damaged packages in Atlanta. However, there is one thing that needs improvement. The cut by scissors are not lateral and not following the original perforations of the stamp sheet, making it a bit less from perfect for collection purpose, but absolutely no problem for postage use. Hope this can be improved in the future with a bit more care handling.
