    Seller didn’t respond to any messages until I got eBay involved. Item was sent more than 10 days late and received 3-5 days after. Nearly two weeks !! Seller was also slightly rude when discussing postage. You put the postage as free but complained to me that it cost you £8 and that you nearly didn’t send the item. Not a pleasant experience. Item is lovely, seller is not.

    The comments are unjustified as the customer an item for £12 in effect which is worth double what they paid for it, I work full time and am not a business seller so the customer should understand that item will not be sent out instantly!!!
