    Compact & Elegant

    A stockbook is for holding large amounts stamps. I do not choose to use regular albums to mount my collection. A stockbook gives me the advantage of being able to move my collection around to suit me, not in some preordain order that leaves gaps where an item is missing in a set. The new stamp albums have a huge waste of space in their page layout formats, coupled with hundreds of irrelevant pages. A stockbook lets me place all of a country side by side on a few pages and protected by plastic strips with a transparent glassine cover. lt doesn't get much better. This 64 page Lighthouse Stockbook is elegant and affords me the space of keeping ca. 2500 British Colony stamps in one compact volume. l like it so well, l bought another. Bob Winters

    Stock books

    This the fourth stock book I have bought just like this one except cover color. Used stock books (which this is not) have poor resale value BUT they show your stock of stamps, etc very will so will increase your sale, if ever you sell your stock. Second stock books that look cheap and are, do nothing to inhance your material. Buy quality. Kind regards. DAVID

    I am a novice!

    10/16/2017 Yes, I am a novice, but am trying to learn more. I am very pleased with my Lighthouse leatherette LSP4/32 (64 black page) purchase. I am very happy that it came with the 64 black pages in it already, so I did not have to make a separate purchase of interior pages. I am busy filling it up. I do not know much about the different Lighthouse stock book styles, and until recently, did not know about the Vario 3 ring version which may have been a better choice for me, and may make it easier to move pages of stamps to different positions in the stock book. Maybe for my next purchase.
