    Pls note that when you make an offer & seller agrees ebay automatically charges you. You made an offer and we accepted and then you requested to cancel, which we did cancel. It may have taken us time to do it since we don't always see messages right away. How is this bad customer service? You made the offer and we accepted it. I think this is unfair and have asked you to remove this negative comment since you received your money back once we went into the system and cancelled your offer.
