    Seller stated her listing is brand new. However upon opening the parcel the fetch box was not sealed , top of box was torn . Tape marks where the item was opened , items inside not wrapped in its original packaging . Now the seller refuses to provide a refund . Seller took 6 days to reply to a return request . Originally lodged a return claim as I was unable to use the item , seller replies oh I had the same problem,so no you can’t( item also was not as decribed . Beware folks
