From there on out, everything was perfect. The item was bubble wrapped about the the size of the unit, with corners reinforced and placed in a heavy duty box. The box arrived in a dented box, but there was no damage to the unit inside because of the grrat packing job. The item and met every criteria I had, including size, color and functionality.
