Both tops were loose and missing at least half of their product. This did not appear to be a new item as advertised. I was offered a 25% discount by the seller but since I was missing at least half the product I declined. I accepted their offer to return but they have never responded to my two messages requesting a pre-paid return label. Horrible purchasing experience.
