    I love the oat moisturizer & have used it for 7 years. My last order came in reused bottles with dirt, hair, mold, dried old product, old labels torn off and new slapped on. The lotion itself looked off color. When I explained this, provided pictures, & offered to return, she responded by calling me a liar and saying I just wanted a free product, and not to bother her anymore. This is what I get for being a loyal customer for so long? Beware, her products have gone way down hill drastically.
