It was a rare and probably old wrist bracelet because on opening the pack it had crumbled to the point of unsuitability as intended. I was offered every option and he tried to cover his obligation where the item looked OK until handled. Once handled it appeared as in the photo I supplied which now looked by an entirely different item! WE both understand the problem now, politely! TB
