Seller offers me a $1.50 refund . I explained I have mounted the item then they make an offer for refund. Now they want me to return the item rather than work with me . And after all that I am now told they can’t resell the item so .. no return ! I do not recommend doing business with them . selling items that are not what’s pictured. He wanted half back. He already mounted it with presumably the screws that did not come with it. Claimed a missing screw. Told him they don't come with that screw. You can't return used items not in original box and condition, as per Ebay policy. Could have returned if not mounted and used. It was brand new.
