When I inquired them about the shipping delay, they assured me it was just because USPS was running behind due to the holidays and staffing shortages. They were very responsive and reassuring.     Great caliper for general shop use

    I needed a new caliper for general shop use because my old one died. This was the cheapest Mitutoyo I could find. It turned out to be a standard Mitutoyo at a low price. It was just what I needed and works great, no regrets in this purchase.

    Bogus

    I placed an order with VIP, they cancelled my order a few days later sighting low stock. I found the same listing with them that was the exact same item but at a lower price. I purchase the item at the lower price. Low and behold they canceled that order as well. Meanwhile I missed out on two other auctions for identical products at a very slightly higher price. VIP has poor business practices. Don't trust them!
