Paper Thin
A year ago I purchased this product it was high-quality very thick paper and heavy carbonated. This new when I just purchase is very thin paper and low carbonation Lexus has reduce the quality of it and raise the price. Aftermarket is now better quality and lower price.

Flimsy air filter
The filter was flimsy, soft, and light. It did not have a frame in place to holding the filter. The old one (installed in the new car from Lexus) was of much better quality. The old one was sturdy and substantiated. Not sure if the new one was authentic.
