This powerful receiver with detachable face offers customized sound settings and remote control handling. The Sony CDX-GT270MP has a single-line LCD display that is easy to read. When using the internal CD drive to play back digital WMA or MP3 files, it displays the track data. It also shows you the station ID and clock. The control panel has a convenient design that allows you to connect virtually any portable audio component to the sound system in your car via the front auxiliary input. This powerful car stereo has an internal Dynamic Reality Amp. An in-dash amplification of 52 watts x four is delivered to the interior speakers without any distortion. This means no matter how loud you like the volume, the music is still clear because the audio receiver retains a smooth frequency response, low noise levels, and low distortion. This CD receiver has an integrated AM/FM radio tuner. Exceptional AM/FM reception is received due to the increased separation and reduced interference provided by the Digital Clarity Tuner. The tuner also delivers enhanced multipath rejection and unparalleled signal to noise ratios. As you listen to the AM/FM stations, you can see the broadcast information on the RDS display. As well as listening to the radio, you can enjoy your CDs, CD-RWs, and CD-Rs plus the WMA or MP3 files that are saved to discs. Stay safe while driving, and do not be caught fiddling with any stereo controls. The Sony CDX-GT270MP is supplied with a wireless RM-X201 card remote. The convenient wireless remote is easy to use and allows you to control the stereo system without taking your attention away from the road. Control the entertainment directly from the steering wheel using aftermarket remote control adapters. Easy connectivity is achieved by the remote input jack, which is mounted on the rear panel. The adapters are able to use the primary radio controls that are already in the car via the steering wheel. The Sony CDX-GT270MP receiver has an ergonomic design with a sleek face.
