    The tracker is great and it came in perfect condition. The price was good. I don't know if Fitbit sells this tracker anymore, but I've seen it as high as $100. The package was sealed and everything looked new, so I assume that it was. The compartment for the batter was hard to open, so I reached out to Mercado and he instructed me on what may work, and it did!

    Almost perfect

    This unit has almost completely hacked my motivation. With amazing accuracy that err's on the side of less steps tracked I went from 2-3 day a weeki hitting my step goals to 7 day a week. The only issue I have seen with these units is that some times the Bluetooth sync to a cell phone requires multiple attempts to sync. This has happened to me 1 in 20+ days of use. I recommend getting one with the Bluetooth dongle and leaving the Bluetooth dongle in your computer and the app open on your computer then it will auto update every time your at your computer.

    Damaged Goods

    After receiving the open package of this Fitbit Zip, I was unable to get the back off as the old battery was still in place and had sealed it shut. I broke the back as I had an extra one having been a Fitbit Zip user for 10 years. I put a new battery in place and could never sync it with my phone as it was such an older version of that program that it couldn’t be updated. It took $43 to convince me that I needed a newer Fitbit product.
