    As good as perfect !!

    Delivered on time within three days and the product was brand new which was amazing. I just assumed something that was replacing a fairly old controller would have been second hand. Just one small problem there is no button to activate subtitles as there was on the old unit. I will keep the old controller to activate this should I need the service as it still works only the volume control is not working.

    Not very good quality. At times unable to access required pressed buttons. While pressing on button does'nt always work, also channel change button to up/down need to press a number of times.
