    Does not work for the purpose. A classic you get what you pay for...

    This units does not make any difference for its purpose at all! Good thing is that it is a descent price for parts and a base to make room for improvements. Usable parts are the chasis, wires, and choke filters and PCB. Replaced the capacitors, added a big diode, a blade fuse and a ferrite core on the coil, then it worked the way it should in that same box.
