    Good printer, limited usefulness when printing mixed paper products & labels.

    Difficult to set up because of the Ink offer interfering with the progress of download, etc. Very good value for the money. Print quality is great. Paper tray hard to deal with if you want to use labels frequently. Extra paper tray unavailable anywhere.

    Hard for 72 ye old

    I know nothing about printers so I called the number available. The man set up my computer over the phone. At 71 yrs of age it is very difficult to learn all the computer language. Right now the printer is just sitting there and I don't know why it won't print. It's my fault-not the printers.

    Great copies, fast and efficient!

    The printer was easy to set up on wi-fi and blue tooth for both my apple products and my desk top computer. All went smoothly so far. I have had the unit for less than a week so I can't judge its longevity but so far it's perfect. It makes great color copies and is as fast as I would ever need.
