The Greatest Electric Can Opener

Almost really good.
I love the concept and this is my "Go To" can opener. The 3 star ratting is due to difficulty removing the lid after running the opener. some times the lid isn't completely cut through all the way after following the instructions of "when the sound of operation speeds up" quit. As the recommendation states by over running "some small amounts of medal can be be removed and find it's way into the product you're trying to use. I use an really small flat tip screw driver to stat the lid removal process and by doing this the lid pops free. Does not work as described.
It worked fine the first couple of times, but then it quit going all the way around. i had to pry the top off with an old beer opener. i am not having much luck with small appliances lately. i hate to complain, but i am on a limited income and can't afford getting things that don't work as described.Thanks for listening to my complaints. Not all I expected it to be

Does what it says it will do
I've used this can opener many times, and it does exactly what it says it would do. I read the reviews and many people say that it leaves metal pieces. If you read the instructions, it says to only let the can go around one complete time. Any more beyond that will leave metal pieces. So, if you use this can opener as instructed it will not leave metal pieces and it will cut the lid off the way it says that it will. Love it when it works properly

Disappointed would not buy the item again

Electric Can Opener
Excellent, works like it should. Haven't had any big problems with it yet other than it doesn't seem to have a strong enough motor to do what it is designed for, seems like that part was overlooked in manufacturing. Outside of that, it is good. This was a replacement for my old one similar to this that I had for over 10 years, I needed this opener as manually opening cans is quite difficult for me, I suffer from terrible pain shooting through my arms.
